in my opinion i would choose a kenwood deck, or a sony.(no more then 120)
any major brand would have less issues then a brand you have never heard of.
personally i love the rockford fosgate spakers, bc that is what i have
they are not that expensive either
eclipse has some of the best decks, alpine, pioneer, and a few others are the best, pioneer has had some of the best mid-level speakers, other wise mb quartz at internet discount may be good.
a hint is to put more effort into the front speakers, i run my rear speakers softer and mono and that gives the front speakers the full range which makes a better stereo sound.

I would look at the Alpine or Pioneer decks myself and I would second Rockford Fosgate for speakers….avoid dual and lanzar
