How do I adjust the graphic equalizer on Windows Media Player so I can hear the vocals better?

Robert Nesta M asked:

With some songs, it’s not a problem, but on others, the singer’s voice is completely drowned out by the rest of the song. I have the graphic equalizer plug-in and so I’m wondering what the proper way to adjust it is so that the vocals are more emphasized. Thanks for your help!

Singing voices are in the 0 to 5000 hz range, so that’s the area you’d want to boost. Middle C is 262 hertz.
