It won’t make a heck of a lot of difference what cable you use but would go for stereo RCA’s to 1/8″ stereo jack with gold plating if you can find it. You will make more impact on your recordings with the software that you are using as any unwanted noise can be filtered. Your tape will most likely have ‘hiss’ that will need to be removed anyway, so I would not worry too much about the perceived ‘quality’ of the cable.
